【薪酬趨勢】普遍加薪幅度低至4% 本港HR各職級薪金又何變化？

近一年本港受疫情影響，重挫多個行業，即使公司無裁員，打工仔都怕被減薪。Links International最近為香港的薪酬完成了一項調查，發現今年本港企業的平均加薪幅度低於0%至4%，數字較2020年差。
