【CV技巧自學課程】單元一: 仲寫「Self-motivated」?即睇10個更有說服力CV用字

在寫CV的時候,我們往往期望以華麗的文字來吸引HR,但原來很多情況下都會弄巧反拙。與其在CV寫上「Think Outside of the Box」、「Self-motivated」等人人都識寫的字眼,不如實際一點,以各項實質證據和數字,證明你是個值得聘用的人。
哪些用字能有效使你的CV更有說服力?
1. Achieved
英語中的動作動詞(Action Verb)能讓你的形象更主動和能幹。「Achieved」一字表示你過往曾經實際達成過的目標和項目,表示你過去工作中獲得過的成就,令僱主相信你可以在公司裡發揮相若的能力。
2. Improved
「Improved」這個動作動詞,表示你在過往任職的公司裡,曾經作出正面的影響。在「Improved」後面,宜多加解釋你如何令公司進步、為期多久、有多少個方面受惠等。
3. Ideas
不要以為只是創意工業需要各種主意和創新思維,其實各行各業都需要不斷求新、時刻都要靈活變通。在CV中,不妨提及過往為團隊「出謀獻計」的成績、最終項目如何落實等資料,以KPI取勝。
4. Launched
將主意變成實際可行的項目,最終成功推出,對僱主來說,是一個證明工作能力的指標,證明你不單止有創新想法,更有能力推動團隊實行工作。
5. Resolved
「Resolved」這個字,對於申請管理層工作的打工仔,尤其有用。管理的工作,除了帶領團隊、分配工作之外,解決問題的能力,同樣重要。
6. Revenue
在商言商,老闆重視業績和數字,人所共知。若能在CV上提供實際數字,量化過往工作成績,將大大增強CV的說服力,增加獲邀面試的機會。
7. Increased/Decreased
這是另一個將過往成績量化的用字。對僱主來說,提升價值相當重要,如幫公司節省開支、增加收入,或任何其他數字化的成績,均可以是CV加分位。最好將數字寫得清晰詳細,如列出業績增加的百分比、與以往成績的對比等。
8. Managed
投身社會工作若干年,打工仔理應有管理的經驗。即使從未任職領導職位,也總有過負責項目,或作為「小組長」的經驗。在CV上,應好好展示這類經驗。
9. Created
老闆想員工聽聽話話,但絕不想聘請一個只懂言聽計從、事事按指令辦事的人。在過往的工作裡,你可曾試過創出一套新的工作流程,或者改善各同事之間溝通的進程?可使用「Created」以告知僱主,你是個有創造能力的人。
10. Volunteered
除了你負責的項目之外,有試過主動「舉手」參與其他工作嗎?當大部分應徵者只是列出過往負責的項目,而你則有過自願參與的工作經驗,將成為一大加分位。
