HRBP (HR Business Partner) – How would you like to define your role?

Top-tier HRBPs are seasoned HR professional who works directly with an organizations’ top leadership to design and formulate strategic HR agendas which are in alignment of the strategic intent of the corporation or the group. He/She works closely with top management including the board of directors to understand what does the management team worry about? They focus more on managing impact hiring and devise talents solutions together with business leaders by building solid junior and experienced pipelines for succession plans. Besides, they provide positive input, influence and coaching to top management team and work seamlessly and flawlessly for business performance. HRBP is the “trusted adviser” to business leaders and was also a good listener to understand employees needs!

Roles of a HR Business Partner:

– Look into HR policies and procedures throughout the organization and determine what would fit the company best according to the business’s top leadership and organizational goals

-Design and develop strategies and people priorities

-Align people strategies with the company’s overall business strategy

-Acts as an internal consultant to keep business leaders advised on key talent solutions, and to coach business leaders whenever appropriate
