【見工面試】HR出招聘廣告被網民嘲無腦︰要大學畢業但人工低過大專生？！

時移世易，現時搵工不容易，HR要請啱人同樣可容易。近日有網民就在網上討論區發文並分享自己的搵工經驗，表示現時市面上遇上很多奇怪招聘廣告及HR請人行為，完全違反正常邏輯。

其他網民紛紛贊成事主說法，認為現時HR的請人要求前言不對後語，顯示出一間公司的做事手法，認為即使能成功加入公司，都會感到失望；另一網民分析，現時公司請人預算有限，但又想請「Top talent」，所以出現種種不合理招聘行為。
