【員工福利】澳洲銀行SUNCORP推6周有薪「性別肯定假」及一年無薪假

澳洲銀行及金融企業SUNCORP有最新的員工福利！最近官方宣布為支援希望獲性別肯定的員工，推出「性別肯定假」（Gender Affirmation Leave），而員工可享6周有薪假及長達1年的無薪假，目的是希望提升工作場所的包容性。
據知除了SUNCORP，澳新銀行（ANZ Bank）、連鎖超市Coles、澳洲廣播公司（ABC）及保險公司 Allianz都有引入類似假期，可見澳洲企業積極提倡職場多元共融。
