【IT人才】華為年內再請「天才少年」 年薪全部過百萬！

科技界人才不足，各大機構都出盡辦法搶人，作為中國科技公司巨頭之一的華為亦不例外，輪值董事長胡厚崑日前宣布會在未來三年，培養300萬名新型運算人才，同時亦表示會再次舉行「天才少年」招聘計劃，用頂級薪酬待遇吸引科技界人才。
「天才少年」計劃由華為創辦人任正非在2019年發起，主要尋找一些在數學、計算機、物理、材料、芯川、智能製造等領域上，有特別建樹及有意成為技術界領軍的人物，參與此計劃的IT人才更不限學歷及學校。
根據過往的紀錄顯示，「天才少年」的年薪會分為以下三個類別︰
1/ 182萬人民幣（約211萬港元）至201萬人民幣（約233萬港元）
2/ 140.5萬人民幣（約163.4萬港元）至156.5萬人民幣（約182萬港元）
3/ 89.6萬人民幣（約104.2萬港元）至100.8萬人民幣（約116.2萬港元）
