每間公司的政策不一，定下既有規定，一方面方便管理員工的表現及行為，另一方面塑造良好企業文化。近日有打工仔投稿表示，受疫情影響下，許多公司都推行彈性工作政策，惟自己公司處於一究不變狀態，遇上突發事也只懂按規則辦事。

有網民表示，事主工作的公司在市場上比比皆是，直言不少僱主沒有考慮員工需要，即使遇上突發事故，也需要經過多人審批，才能向員工發出通告；另有網民認為，事主請病假是無可厚非，更指「返工是人情，唔返工係道理」，直斥該公司應正視人手問題。
