【2024職場英語丨見工面試】見工面試被問有咩缺點？ 學識呢10個形容詞 令HR即刻加你分（內附自我介紹範例）

見工面試時，不少僱主都會問及求職者的優、缺點，這時候求職者應該如何應對？求職者希望表現自己，說起優點時自然比較容易及得心應手；相反，當談到缺點時，求職者或會因影響面試官對自己的印象，因而表現得支支吾吾。不過，這樣卻會令面試官/HR對你大大扣分！

回應自身缺點及弱項時，求職者不妨誠實作答，惟可以加以修飾，將缺點包裝成優點，告訴HR你正改善這些缺點，展現自己具備自我檢討的能力。求職者亦可嘗試回答一些與職位無關的缺點，真誠的同時卻不會影響獲聘機會。

1. Over organized 過分有條理

E.g. I look into details and become over organized. I will finish all the tasks on time though.

2. Aggressive 好勝

E.g. Being aggressive is one of my shortcomings. However, aggressive is sometimes an advantage at workplace, in order to improve myself continuously.

3. Stubborn 固執

E.g. I may come across as a little stubborn, but I am trying to find a balance between insistence and compromise.

4. Shy 害羞

E.g. I am quite shy and afraid of public speaking. I’m learning to talk more.

5. Lack of Language Skills 缺乏語言技巧

E.g. Lack of language skills is one of my weaknesses, but I’m working on it.

6. Detail-oriented過分關注細節

E.g. Being too detail-oriented may affect my productivity. Thus, I’m trying to focus more on the bigger picture when there’s tight deadline.

7. Impatient 沒有耐性

E.g. I was an impatient person. However, I am trying hard to control my temper and I think there has been a big improvement.

8. Tending to procrastinate 拖延

E.g. I keep delaying things and tending to procrastinate. But I know the importance of time management, so I’m working hard on it by marking schedule.

9. Timid 膽小

E.g. My workload was heavy in the previous company, but I am too timid to say “no”. It made me feel pressured. I learned a lesson and will try to express my feeling if necessary.

E.g. Although I am lack of experience, I think I am suitable for this job because I am a quick learner.

英文自我介紹步驟一︰問候

「禮多人不怪」這五個字，絕對是行走職場的鐵則，一句簡單的問候語，足以影響面試官對你的整體觀感。你是不是個有禮貌的人，夠不夠專業，開口的第一句話，就表露出來。

英文自我介紹步驟二︰人名

介紹自己姓甚名誰是基本，但在太緊張的情況下，往往有人就會忘記。

My name is Chan Tai Man. You can just call me by my English name, Tom.（我的名字是陳大文，請稱呼我的英文名字tom就可以了。）

My name is Chan Tai Man. People call me man or tom, I will respond to either.（我的名字是陳大文，大家都叫我文或是tom，我個人兩者都可以。）

英文自我介紹步驟三︰學歷

學歷都是自我介紹很重要的一環，但重點不是在畢業於哪間名牌大學，而是用於強調自己的經歷與這份工作的關連性，例如修讀的科目、課外活動的經驗等，令面試官能從這些資訊中評估你，並提出疑問。

I received my master’s degree in public relationship at XXX University, I believe my expertise will be very helpful to the marketing department.（我畢業於XXX大學，攻讀的科系是公共關係碩士學位。我相信我的專業能夠為公司的市場推廣團隊帶來很大的受益。）

I graduated from XXX University with a bachelor degree in Finance. But I was a leader of the XXX and led our team to win the XXX championship in 2021. I believe this is very valuable for a position such as paralegal.（我畢業於 XXX 大學，主修財金系。但我曾是XXX的社長，並在去年帶領社團贏得XXX比賽冠軍。我相信這對於律師助理，這樣的職位非常有價值。）

英文自我介紹步驟四︰工作背景

工作經驗當然是許多面試官想知道的資料，在介紹自己的工作背景時可以加深與職位的關連性，在這個階段，面試官希望求職者過去在相同領域上有相關經驗，並從中判斷是否有足夠的能力為公司帶來更大的效益。

I was a XXX (Position) at XXX (Company). My main roles included XXX (Job Duties).（我過去曾經在XXX擔任XXX。我的工作內容包含了XXX。）

I am currently working in a small accounting firm, and I handle XXX (Job Duties). I understand this is what this company needs right now.（我現在正在一家小型會計師事務所上班，我基本的工作內容是出帳，入帳還有盤點庫存的部分。我相信我的專長可以幫到這間公司。）

英文自我介紹步驟五︰現況

除了工作背景，求職者亦可講述自己現況，讓面試官更了解你，知道這份工作吸引你的地方，以及能向他推薦自己的個性是非常適合這份工作。若是應徵非本科系的工作，就要另外提出相關的經驗，來證明自己的積極性與職位的相關性。建議在一開始直接將想要應徵的職位說出來，給人自信的印象。

I am currently unemployed, but I am actively participating in XXX, in order to maintain my familiarity with the data.（我現在是待業的狀態，但是我很積極的參與XXX，以保持我對數據的熟悉度。）

I am currently working at XXX (Company). For the past year, leading the Marketing team, we increased our brand awareness significantly, our readership soared 20% in six months.（目前工作於 XXX 企業，我帶領行銷團隊，讓我們的品牌知名度大幅提升，使用人數在六個月中增加了20%）

英文自我介紹步驟六︰專長

個人性格特質都是面試官考慮因素之一，有時候求職者的性格或許能符合企業正尋覓的人才特質，這就能提高獲取心儀工作的機會。

My specialty is communication, so I know very well on how to train employees, so they can effectively expand the company’s customer base, and to meet customer requirements.（我的專長是人與人之間的溝通，所以我非常清楚如何訓練員工，讓他們有效地為公司拓展客群，以及如何面對顧客要求。）

I understand that the company is planning on expanding the market. What I can offer is detailed technical knowledge and strong application ability.（我了解公司目前正在計畫開發新市場。我認為我能為您貢獻我的專業技術知識與我的實務應用能力。）

英文自我介紹步驟七︰感謝語

到最後當然要貫徹始終,用一句感謝作結尾，讓面試官感覺到你是一個有禮貌的人。
