【見工面試】HR揀條件較差求職者︰太認真面試反而會蝕章？

疫情下搵工難上加難，求職競爭情況相當激烈，一個月薪只是一萬多的的文員職位，HR更有可能每天收到成過百份CV。經過一輪篩選之後，又要安排面試，經過多個程序才揀選出心水求職者。有網民就好奇究竟HR揀人使用甚麼準則呢？條件較佳的求職早又會否較有優勢？
