我們常說打工仔辭職要與公司「好嚟好去」，但求職者在面試又能否做到？近日有網民在網上發帖，指自己曾在面試期間被面試官「玩」，更指對方故意遲到，有感公司缺乏誠意，面試官與HR更疑似站在對立面，令求職者十分無奈。

有網民認為「工揀人 人揀工」情況下，不必執著於一次半次的面試中，更可以借此機會看清一間公司的真面目。事實上，當市場上很多企業生進行招聘時，求職者如何分辨「真招聘」和「假招聘」？在面試前後時間，求職者可嘗試從不同細節位，推測出企業是否存在請人伏位。
