【人力趨勢】超過6成打工仔欲跳槽 兩行業加薪幅度理想

人力資源顧問Michael Page發布的《2021人才趨勢報告》發現，香港人才市場樂觀，62%的人才有跳槽意願，而另外30%人會在2021年被動地接受新職位。

調整辦公室大小 工作更彈性
對打工仔而言，陳孝威認為不論是有意轉工或是堅守崗位，心態也是關鍵因素。「疫情爆發後，企業在業務發展上都處於被動，僱員可從自己出發，控制自己能夠控制的因素，提升表現。」他另建議，有意轉工的人才應先了解自身的需求，如為何不想留在現時職位及公司，而新職位及公司有甚麼元素吸引。
談及辦公室，陳孝威指本地的甲級寫字樓或會受疫情影響，而業主或會提供更彈性的租約選擇。而雖然去年起有不少企業安排員工在家工作，但未來企業仍會保留辦公室，部分行業或可因應業務需求調整辦公室的大小，並為員工提供更彈性的工作模式。
