【經濟日報專訊】近年掀起金融科技（FinTech）浪潮，加密貨幣、區塊鏈等技術發展迅速，今年職場社交平台LinkedIn公布「2020年企業最需要的技能」名單，當中以區塊鏈技術躍升為榜首，成為現時科技人員在職場上必須掌握的技術之一。
多家大企 列為重點業務
研究人員分析指，目前僱主更願意為具有區塊鏈技能的人才支付更高工資。LinkedIn早前發表博客指，區塊鏈技術比起雲端計算、人工智能技術，更受企業歡迎，現時美國、英國、澳洲、法國和德國企業對於該技術的人才需求頗大。
數據顯示，去年區塊鏈技術並沒有被列入名單中。今年居於榜首的原因可能是，現時區塊鏈技術迅速發展，進一步擴展到商業範圍，可應用在運輸、醫療保健、農業、食品安全等行業，連美國太空總署（NASA）在聘請數據科學家時，亦要求要具備加密貨幣及區塊鏈的經驗。現時一些跨國科技公司，如IBM、摩根大通（JPMorgan）、微軟、亞馬遜等大型企業，已將該技術視為重點發展業務之一。
