Real Estate Services Industry Manpower Survey Report 2018

The data collection was carried out between May and August 2018. Among the 1,090 sampled establishments, 430 companies were invalid cases. A total of 397 companies were successfully enumerated, giving an effective response rate of 60.2%. Taking into account (i) the satisfactory response rate of individual branches, (ii) the fact that majority of prominent
and sizeable establishments had responded to the survey, and (iii) the grossing‐up of sample results basing on statistically grounded method, it could be concluded that the survey findings presented in this report contributed to a significant level of representativeness of the industry.
