【裁員潮2025】富豪汽車裁員3,000人 官方宣布裁員主要針對呢班人？

瑞典富豪汽車近日宣布將裁減約3,000個工作職位，作為其削減成本計劃的一部分。這一決定主要影響公司在瑞典的辦公室人員，預計將有約1200個職位被裁減，同時還有1000名主要在瑞典的顧問也將受到影響。
此外，其他被裁職位與全球市場有關。富豪汽車上月底已宣布重組計劃，目標是削減180億瑞典克朗的成本。公司行政總裁薩穆埃爾松表示，這是一個艱難的決定，反映了汽車行業當前面臨的挑戰。
值得注意的是，富豪汽車截至2024年12月，共僱用約42,600名全職員工，而吉利汽車母公司吉利控股是富豪汽車的第二大股東。
