事主：「我係應屆畢業生，啱啱滿心歡喜搵到份工，但其實呢份工一開始我就有莫名嘅奇怪感覺……
好似一般面試嘅公司，如果我係透過求職網站Send CV，多數公司都會透過求職網站回覆我，確定面試時間，但有一間Apply過嘅公司，我覺得佢哋嘅薪酬福利都幾好，但佢哋冇透過求職網站聯絡我面試，反而用Email話我知面試細節。
去到面試，過程都幾愉快，然後公司之後有打電話嚟話請我。我有問公司可唔可以再Send一個Message或者Email嚟確認取錄，但公司就話唔需要。
結果今日我到職，公司話我根本冇畀人請到。我話HR嗰邊有電話聯絡過我，但公司根本唔認帳，HR又同我道歉話搞錯咗求職者。通電話嗰陣名都冇講錯，邊度搞錯呢？而家我啱啱有Offer即失業，我應該點算好？」

A.1.一定要有正式嘅錄取通知信。
2.繼續見工，當係學到教訓。
B.身為HR，後面話請你唔畀正式offer嘅公司一定唔掂。但係面試通知透過email通知對我哋嚟講好常見。之前做獵頭都係透過email Send面試通知，咁資訊可以放得比較完整。
C.建議你將公司名寫出嚟，等大家可以避，仲可以喺Google地圖上留言，提醒其他人小心。
D.講真……你只不過係後備，點知正選真係嚟返工！只好推返個波畀HR，反正HR都知道呢次要自己食死貓。
E.基本上我會同佢講，如果冇收到正式嘅offer通知，我冇辦法確定入職時間，麻煩再Send通知畀我。
F.我話而家咁嘅環境，就算收到Offer都唔安全。
G.收到口頭offer之後Send email確認薪酬內容，可以留個紀錄。
對於事主的經歷，網民都認為一切是事主沒收到正式通知所致，有網民就指事主能夠從這次獲得2個啓示，分別是「被請一定要收到正式取錄通知」及「繼續見工，當這次獲得教訓」。
有自稱是HR的網民就指不願意出正式通知的公司，都是有問題；而透過Email通知應徵者是正常不過的事情。有網民就推測，部門本來「有兩手準備」除了事主以外，還有更理想的人選，當那位人選答應，事主就被拋諸腦後。當求職者獲取錄時，謹記要爭取正式的錄取通知，為自己買個保障。
收到Offer的時限
這一個問題不只考起求職者，連HR本身亦有可能被考起。有HR表示，一般企業在招聘過程中未必會向求職者披露太多資訊，事關在未加入公司階段，求職者仍然是「外人」，而非企業員工。另外，如果申請職位人數眾多，HR在執行上同樣難以向每個求職者逐一解釋招聘情況，避免出現不公。因此，現時不少企業在招聘廣告及面試期間均會向求職者說明，如（某時期內）沒有收到通知，將被視為落空，這亦類近政府工的招聘做法。
有HR同樣分享，很多時候HR均處於被動角色，事關企業規模愈大，招聘程序就愈多，一個申請者的申請，可能需要多個薪門處理，一來一回已花接近一個星期時間，所以從面試到出Offer，動輒需時一個月甚至三個月，如果需要即時填補空缺，才會趕及在一星期左右出Offer。

表達對公司的感激，除了感謝對方向你提供offer外，亦要感謝對方在這段時間所花的時間及資源。
最終決定
這是整封信的重點，你必須明確地向僱主表明你最後是否選擇加入團隊。
其他疑問
這封電郵是你在正式進入新公司前最後一個可以正式提出疑問的機會，如果在電話中仍未確認所有細節，包括薪金、福利、工時等，可以在回覆這一封電郵時，有禮貌地一併提出。另外，你也可以查詢首天工作有關的問題，包括當日要準備的文件、上班時間等。
