【HR辛酸】識請人就等於識面試？ HR︰發現自己好驚見工

別以為每日做面試官，幫公司請人，HR一定覺得見工輕以易舉，其實有苦自己知。最近讀者Lily (化名)分享一個親身經歷，事緣她任職HR三、四年，上司一直給她機會做招聘工作，幾乎每星期都會邀請求職者上公司見工，不過直到最近自己想出外嘗試新機會，打算搵工辭職，但因為一次的見工面試失敗，令她非常沮喪，「原來識請人唔等於識面試架…」
