【職場熱話】打工仔Search「幾時可以放工」鬧笑話 HR要檢討打卡制度？

每日「朝九晚六」似是打工仔的打工常態，但大家又是否可以正常地準時「朝九」返工、「晚六」收工？有關員工上班時間，不少企業均會設有「打卡制度」來監察員工是否有遲到。有網民就在討論區發帖，表示對「打卡制度」及返工遲到的意見，直言在香港「有返工無收工」。
另外，有網民在網上搜尋引擎Google中輸入「幾時可以放工」，豈料Google搜尋結果引導網民是否搜尋「幾時可以返工」，該網民笑指香港人喜歡返工的程度，已計入「Google大神」的演算法中，或許同時證明了失業潮下香港人對工作的渴求。

究竟返工遲到會造成甚麼後果？除了公司可能會有相應懲罰外，勞工法例又有無有列明遲到可扣取工資？
