【勞工法例】公司出糧唔準時 打工仔想辭職 網友︰去勞工處告佢啦！

《勞工法例》規定，任何公司必須在工資期屆滿後7日內，支付員工薪金。不過，在經濟低迷的情況下，很多僱主都走法律的灰色地帶，或是「側側膊」遲出糧，令員工不得在工資期內收到應有的人工。最近，有打工仔就為出糧事宜，在網上社交平台詢問其他網民意見，怎料網民一致認為「去勞工處告佢啦」為最佳解決方法。
