DESCRIPTION

INTRODUCTION

Many companies in Hong Kong are currently facing rapid changes in the business environment, and they have to ensure that their staff members have the competent skills and appropriate attitude to cope with the changing business environment. Training and human resources development are proven to have a substantial impact on improving the staff’s overall performance.
