INTRODUCTION
Accordingly to Deloitte University Press “Global Human Capital Trends 2016”: the new organizations: Different by Design, 79% executives in the company agreed “Design Thinking” is categories as “Important” and “Very Important” elements
in company development. Design Thinking is not limited to a methodology for product design, but it is a complete framework to do problem-solving through creative thinking.
There are 5 major stages in Design Thinking methodology:
1. Empathy ( 同理心 )
2. Define ( 需求定義 )
3. Ideate ( 創意動腦 )
4. Prototype ( 製作原型 )
5. Test ( 實地測試 )
Through past case studies, several Fortune 500 companies deployed (human-centric) Human Resources policies to recruit appropriate candidates, maintain efficient labour turnover and effectively retain talents.
OBJECTIVES
Let our audience to have training with hands-on session takes the par ticipants through the design think ing journey of – “What Is?”, “What If?”, “What Wows?”, and What Works?” for employees and business outcomes. It helps to understand design thinking and how if differs from conventional problem-solving techniques. During the training sessions, it applies design thinking tools and techniques to real-life situations and co-create solutions with relevant stakeholders to enhance employee experience and humanize the workplace.
