Part 1: Introduction to AI in HR

  • Generative AI in HR: Briefly explain the relevance of AI in HR
  • The benefits of AI in HR: How AI tools can enhance HR’s daily operations

Part 2: Introduce Prompting Fundamentals

  • What are prompts: Explaining what prompts are and why they matter wheninteracting with AI
  • Basic Principles: Cover the basics of writing clear, concise, and specific prompts
  • Advanced Techniques of Writing Prompts: Few-shot Prompting, Chain-of-Thought Prompting, and more
  • Demo: Difference between concise and non-concise prompts

Part 3a: AI for Recruitment and Onboarding

  • AI-Powered Job Descriptions & Posts:
  1. Show how to use AI to generate compelling job descriptions and posts that attract top talents
  2. ○ Introduce Basic AI tools and their strength and specialty (e.g., ChatGPT or Gemini)
  3. Hands-on Practice: Participants use AI to create a job description and posts on LinkedIn to attract talents.
  • AI-Powered Candidate Screening & Assessment
  1. Use AI to create candidate screening assessments
  2. Leverage AI to perform candidate CV screening and grade candidates’ screening assessments
  3. Hands-on Practice: Participants use AI to generate screening assessments for different roles, and have AI to analyse the feedback from candidates
  • AI-Powered Recruitment Platform
  1. Introduce AI-Powered Recruitment Platform (TechJobAsia) and how to use it to screen candidates with explainable AI
  2. Discuss how various AI interview and hiring platforms could help speeding up recruitment process
  3. Hands-on Practice: Use a demo account to experience how AI can help analysing candidates CV and providing meaningful feedback

Part 3b: AI for Onboarding

  • Onboarding:
  1. Explore AI tools for creating personalized onboarding checklists, welcome video, and training materials.
  2. Introduce AI tools (e.g., Gamma for slide deck and HeyGen or D-ID for video creation)
  3. Hands-on Practice: Participants use AI to generate an onboarding deck, new hire FAQ and a welcome video.

Part 4a: AI for Employee Engagement

  • Building HR chatbots for employees:
  1. Explore how to build no-code HR chatbots that can address employee day-to-day HR questions and issues
  2. Hands-on Practice: Participants use AI to create an HR chatbot with some mock HR policies and materials (with OpenAssistantGPT or similar tools)

Part 4b: AI for Employee Learning and Development

  • Understanding Employee Engagement with AI:
  1. Discuss the importance of employee engagement and its impact on organizational success.
  2. Explain how AI can be used to analyze employee feedback, identify trends, and measure engagement levels.
  3. Introduce AI-powered pulse survey tools and sentiment analysis platforms.
  4. Hands-on Practice: Use AI tools (Julius AI or similar tool) to analyse employee survey results and create actionable insights
  • AI for Learning and Development:
  1. Introduce AI tools for generating quizzes, assessments, and interactive learning modules (video, images, and animation)
  2. Hands-on Practice: Participants use AI (Canva AI, RenderForest, Kahoot!) to create a short training module.
