疫情影響下,失業率持續高企,就算想轉工或辭職的打工仔都不敢輕舉妄動,在這個情況下,若收到見工通知當然是天大的喜訊。可是,面試前一天或面試當日,竟然遇上了突如其來的事情,令你無法出席面試!這時應該怎處理?

雖見工面試是一項要「優先處理」的事情,但人總會突然遇到非預期的事情,那主動提出更改面試日期會否令印象分大減?這會否被視為自動放棄機會?對方會不會因此而不考慮聘用自己?除了立即通知HR外,還應該用電郵知會以表誠心的歉意,再商討更改時間和日期的方案。
