【薪酬趨勢】國泰駐港員工加薪2% 大部分員工獲獎金

國泰航空行政總裁鄧健榮昨向員工發信，稱今年是艱難一年，但肯定員工過去一年在業務轉型、新產品和技術應用等方面付出，會向所有達標的香港員工加薪2%。鄧稱今年不會有年終花紅，但會向總經理級以下的A至E級駐港員工發放不多於3萬的獎金，大部分前綫及非經理級員工可獲相等於1個月薪酬。
國泰空中服務員工會回應稱，加薪幅度與期望有差距，但理解公司困難，會接受方案，惟增人手及改善晉升制度等要求仍未達共識。
