若要數近年風頭一時無兩的餐廳，非壽司郎莫屬。在香港短短開業兩年，到現時已經有12間分店。即使分店遍佈香港、九龍、新界，輪候時間依然是非常長。有求必有供，壽司郎在2022年即將開設3間分店，分別位於佐敦、荃灣及寶琳。為了令新店能順利營運，壽司郎最近大量招聘店務員及洗碗清潔員。
