香港勞工處將於2026年1月29日（星期四）下午3時30分舉辦「取消強積金『對沖』安排網上簡介會」，歡迎僱主、僱員及人力資源管理從業員參加。此次簡介會旨在解釋取消強積金對沖安排的相關細節，該安排已於2025年5月1日正式實施，旨在提升僱員的退休保障。
簡介會將介紹取消對沖安排的要點，包括遣散費和長期服務金的計算方法，以及為期25年的「取消強積金『對沖』安排資助計劃」的主要內容。該資助計劃將幫助僱主分擔轉制後的遣散費和長期服務金支出，減輕他們的財務壓力。
