去到面試，過程都幾愉快，然後公司之後有打電話嚟話請我。我有問公司可唔可以再Send一個Message或者Email嚟確認取錄，但公司就話唔需要。

結果今日我到職，公司話我根本冇畀人請到。我話HR嗰邊有電話聯絡過我，但公司根本唔認帳，HR又同我道歉話搞錯咗求職者。通電話嗰陣名都冇講錯，邊度搞錯呢？而家我啱啱有Offer即失業，我應該點算好？」

A.1.一定要有正式嘅錄取通知信。

2.繼續見工，當係學到教訓。

B.身為HR，後面話請你唔畀正式offer嘅公司一定唔掂。但係面試通知透過email通知對我哋嚟講好常見。之前做獵頭都係透過email Send面試通知，咁資訊可以放得比較完整。

C.建議你將公司名寫出嚟，等大家可以避，仲可以喺Google地圖上留言，提醒其他人小心。

D.講真……你只不過係後備，點知正選真係嚟返工！只好推返個波畀HR，反正HR都知道呢次要自己食死貓。

E.基本上我會同佢講，如果冇收到正式嘅offer通知，我冇辦法確定入職時間，麻煩再Send通知畀我。

這一個問題不只考起求職者，連HR本身亦有可能被考起。有HR表示，一般企業在招聘過程中未必會向求職者披露太多資訊，事關在未加入公司階段，求職者仍然是「外人」，而非企業員工。另外，如果申請職位人數眾多，HR在執行上同樣難以向每個求職者逐一解釋招聘情況，避免出現不公。因此，現時不少企業在招聘廣告及面試期間均會向求職者說明，如（某時期內）沒有收到通知，將被視為落空，這亦類近政府工的招聘做法。

有HR同樣分享，很多時候HR均處於被動角色，事關企業規模愈大，招聘程序就愈多，一個申請者的申請，可能需要多個薪門處理，一來一回已花接近一個星期時間，所以從面試到出Offer，動輒需時一個月甚至三個月，如果需要即時填補空缺，才會趕及在一星期左右出Offer。
