在社會環境急速變遷下，「一世人打一份工」的情況已經買少見少，加上年輕一代比較追求自我價值，因此很多人都會敢於嘗試不同的工作，令自己份履歷表上的工作經歷「多采多姿」，但是每份工卻又做得一年半載。反過來看，不少僱主或者HR看到這些求職者，都會覺得他們的穩定性不足，不予以考慮。
