【人力趨勢】超過5成打工仔唔滿意老細 人工之外佢哋最想要......

全球人力資源服務公司Randstad早前發表了2020下半年度的《Workmonitor研究報告》，結果顯示有51%的香港受訪僱員對僱主感到不滿，對比其他三個國家包括中國、新加坡及馬來西亞為最高，即使經濟目前受到疫情影響持續低迷，但很多香港打工仔的跳槽意願仍然不減。(按圖了解)
Randstad大中華區總經理Natellie Sun指，目前許多員工不單止期望僱主可以提供職涯發展上的支援，更需要管理層提供及建議能夠平衡工作和家庭的方法，例如定期與員工多聊天，了解他們面對的難題與需求，或選用更全面的公司保險計劃，令僱員對僱主的信任有所增加。
