DESCRIPTION
Strategic Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers program covers concepts and techniques that will help you assess the financial health of your company, forecast financial performance, and estimate funding needs. The course will help you make sound financial decisions, many of which involve operations, sales, marketing, production, distribution, human resources, business development and other functional areas of a corporation. The objective of the course is to provide a deeper understanding of how corporate strategy affects a firm’s performance and its value.
