DESCRIPTION

This workshop strongly aims at developing in-house trainers with professional training skills on how to design and conduct tailor-made professional skills training for their own staff
Various strategic training skills topics which include team building, coaching, innovation and selling skills will be presented by the Trainer in the workshop together with a demonstration of effective designs among which three related training designs were awarded the “Award for Excellence in Training in Hong Kong” and “Hong Kong Award for Industries – Customer Service “
An Effective Trainer Guide on Professional Selling Skills Workshop with trainer guide on 60 pages written by the Trainer will be shared with participants showing how to design and write an effective trainer guide
Two World Class Management Games of Tai Pan and Flying Starship will be presented
Participants will learn the best training practices and most fashionable trends and strategies in training
