This workshop sets a foundation to understand Positive Psychology theories and their application in the workplace for Leaders and ways to develop your Positive Leadership Brand. It is designed to provide assessments, knowledge and techniques for participants to kick-start the building or renewing of their leadership style and gain the confidence in communicating their brand strengths.
A strong brand positions itself distinctively among competitions. It creates favourable impressions and the desire in people to follow. Great brands take time and effort to build. They need to keep their promises by delivering what they claim they are good at, while constantly responding to feedback from their clients to improve their offerings.
Leaders can be branded and it is particularly important in today’s busy and competitive workplace for two core reasons. Reason one, is to strengthen a leaders self-awareness thus improving self-confidence at work. Reason two, is to appreciate the good in others for improved engagement and positive relationship building.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the workshop, the attendees should be able to:
Evaluate of the effectiveness of the individual’s Personal Brand and understand Personal Branding methodology.
Have an overview of Positive Psychology and why it matters in the workplace for Leaders and Teams.
Distinguish between Growth Mindset and Fixed Mindset.
Confirm personal character strengths by completing VIA Character Strengths assessment. Consolidate personal strengths and explore how to apply signature strengths at work.
Understand EQ model and assess personal EQ level.

PART-TIME LECTURER OF HKU SPACE EXECUTIVE ACADEMY, POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY COACH, CORPORATE TRAINER, MBTI CERTIFIED TRAINER, CERTIFIED SIX SECONDS EI PRACTITIONER
Rosemarie is committed to support and motivate managers and future leaders in Asia so that they can present their personal best at work through Personal Branding and Effective Communication. She runs a communication consultancy boutique under her name. Her wealth of professional expertise is accumulated through many years of work experience with renowned International corporations in various parts of the world. She was the Director of Communication at Nokia Greater China and Reader’s Digest Asia, and in different management positions at British American Tobacco in Greater China. Her work brought her to live in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei for more than 10 years, giving her an appreciation of the cultural diversity and dynamics in different cities.
Rosemarie has a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring with Oxford Brookes University (UK), studied with Tal Ben Shahar (ex Harvard Professor) on Positive Psychology and attended Harvard Executive Education. She is certified as a EQ Practitioner and Personal Brand Strategist.
