Coaching Leadership has become the trend of modern management in 21st Century. Since each individual has their own professional knowledge, strong academic background and talent to work, they also need to have the synergies with other people to maximise the daily work output, increase team’s competitive advantage, share ideas and give opinion with open-minded, and embrace the change. And the most important thing that a manager or leader should have is how leading team to deal with a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguous) Environment.
As a leader or manager, you need to know your people’s characters, work values, strengths, and communication styles, so that you might able to work with them and use their talents to achieve the goals. Michael has over 20 years of solid working experiences in Hospitality Industry including Front Office Operations, Training & Development and Human Resource Management, companies he had served include ACCOR Hotels Group, Regal Hotels International, Sheraton Hotels International and Ritz Taipei. And over 10 years in Human Capital Development and management consultation projects since 2007. He is expertise in training programs design and delivery, management consultation and Human Resources solution for private and NGO sectors, especially for hotels and restaurants. Michael is knowledgeable and experienced in motivating and coaching people to work with excellence, build up a positive mindset and to identify their career goals. He is also keen on delivering leadership and team-building for managers; accredited by Corporate Plus (Australia) to apply DiSC in his training programs.
