Staff Motivation Training Course Overview
Staff motivation is becoming an indispensable part of every organisation. Happier and motivated employees deliver better results to the company. Employees who are valued and recognised for their work are more productive, responsible, and motivated. So, all employers and management need to maintain the right balance to ensure that you have a motivated workforce. Staff Motivation Training is designed to provide knowledge to managers, employers, and supervisors on how to create a more loyal, dynamic, and motivated workforce.
The Knowledge Academy’s Staff Motivation Training will teach delegates about the different theories of motivation that can be used or applied in an organisation to motivate the staff. Delegates will learn how to use reinforcement and expectancy theory to motivate the staff. They will get an understanding of three factors of expectancy theory that can be used to boost the morale of staff.
During this 1-day training, delegates will gain knowledge of how employers can identify their own and their staff’s personality type. Delegates will learn how to set the SMART goals that can be achieved by the motivated workforce. Post completion of this training, delegates learn about how to deal with individual morale problems and encourage thegrowth and development of the company and its employees.
