Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000®)“The SA8000 Standard, established by SAI and one of the world’s preeminent social standards, is a tool for implementing international labor standards to protect workers along each step of the supply chain.” It sets out specific auditable provisions regarding child labor, forced labor, health and safety, trade union rights, discrimination, disciplinary practices, compensation, working hours and management system.  SGS  is the world’s leading certification body in CSR field. As Internal audit becomes a stated requirement in SA8000:2014, this course provides delegates with the skills and knowledge to conduct an internal audit for SA8000, and gives insight and guidance in the SA8000 Mgt system and ongoing the monitoring of improvement.
