DESCRIPTION

As professional human resources practitioners or professional managers at all levels, it is crucial to be able to fully understand the legal knowledge and principles under the Employment Ordinance and the Employees' Compensation Ordinance. With this expertise you can legally implement relevant human resources policies and measures to meet the challenges of companies’ businesses and human resources.

Objective:

As human resources practitioners to understand the relevant legal knowledge and guidance from several court cases aiming to tackle and solve each of the highly controversial issues.

Target Audience:

  • Human resources practitioners: to master all relevant legal knowledge and implications of court cases to cope with daily human resources work.
