In & Out of the Box

Description
“Think Out of The Box” – This is a command you hear all the time. But no one ever tells you what The Box is. The Box represents the boundaries of your thinking. The better you understand these boundaries, the better you can think beyond them.
We illustrate the various boundaries of our thinking and map them to a physical box. The outside of the box represent our public self. The inside of the box represents our inner thinking. We simulate the impact of the boundaries of our thinking and draw out insights from participants.
We present an improved methodology for thinking out of the box, and then thinking back into a better box.
In addition to improving creative thinking, the possible uses for The Box are bounded only by our own thinking.

Dr. Salina Chan

Salina is passionate in talent development. She has over 20 years of experience in adult learning and development, and extensive experience in business and people management.
Salina had worked with multinational companies in retail, insurance, banking, catering, and telecommunication industries. Her achievements range from talent learning and development, corporate culture development, organizational development, to change management, recruitment management, performance management, business operations management.
Salina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, a Master in Science, Training & Human Resource Management and an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree. Salina has also attained Executive Coaching Accreditation & Certified Team Coach.
