The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform third party audits of a Social Systems Management System against SA8000 and in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021. This training references SA 8000, ETI and SMETA Best Practice throughout the course.
Description
This training provides the skills and knowledge for you to audit Social Systems. You learn to assess the design, implementation and improvement of
organizations’ social systems to the requirements of SA 8000.
Prior Knowledge Requirements
This course is aimed at all those involved or with an interest in the field of social accountability, particularly those with a responsibility for supply chain monitoring. Ideally delegates will already have some experience of auditing quality, environmental or health & safety issues.
