Leadership has never been an easy feat, and today’s exponential disruptions and uncertainties around us have made leading even more challenging. To be an agile leader of the future, executives must have sensemaking skills to “look around the corner”, be introspective of his/her leadership styles and how they may be activated to influence, make decisions with situational humility to course correct, and develop acumen to engage and groom the next generation leaders. This program offers insights and opportunities for participants to reflect on their own development, practice various leadership skills, and future proof for the next stage of their careers.
