Vital Employee Service Consultancy (Vital) is a self-financed unit under Christian Family Service Centre, a multi-social services agency founded in 1954. Vital is a provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Hong Kong since 1993, we are now providing service for more than 150 business companies and public organizations covering around 350,000 employees. With the aim of promoting employee’s well-being and add color to work life, we demonstrate efforts in providing clients with assistance in strategy implementation, our services range from employee counselling, corporate training & development program, critical incident stress management to management consultation.

Vital wins the Excellent Employee Service & Wellness Provider Award 2014, given by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM) to recognize our success through outstanding people strategies and practices.
