俗語有云︰「有能者居之。」不過這句話卻未必能完全應用在職場上。工作能力固然是升職加薪的條件之一，但有時候工作際遇也有受其他因素影響，而運氣也是其中之一。

事實上，打工仔在投身職場後，不論是職位、薪金、加薪幅度等，都難免會開始與人比較。不過，有時候工作能力與際遇未必成正比，而且有比較就有傷害，何不放下執着，專注走自己的路，尋回自己生活的「火花」。
