政府派$10,000，全城關注。繼早前有消息指政府會提早在6月21號，讓18歲以上香港永久性居民接受登記，領取$10,000補貼後，日前政府亦宣布與21間銀行簽署服務協議，為市民提供現金發放計劃提供電子登記平台。
