【員工福利】在家工作盛行 Google津貼員工$1000美元買傢俬

新冠肺炎於全球大流行，改變了市民的生活和工作模式。在疫情最嚴重的美國，科技龍頭之一Google早前已經宣布，員工可以在2020年餘下的時間選擇繼續在家工作。為了讓在家工作享有更好的工作環境，Google更提供現金津貼。

Google上星期宣布，部分員工可於7月起重返辦公室，而選擇繼續在家工作的員工，將獲發1000美元（約7750港元）的津貼，用於購買在家工作所需的設備，例如辦公桌和椅子等。
Google行政總裁Sundar Pichai透露，公司預計在7月將有一成員工重返辦公室，到9月將有三成員工回到辦公室上班。他亦表示，不應該放棄實體辦公室，原因是Google的辦公室福利一向享譽盛名。
