每間公司都有不同的職場文化，甚至制訂一些不成文規定，讓員工彈性處理工作。不過，新入職的同事有時未習慣公司文化，有時不小心向上司或老闆「篤灰」，成為眾矢之的，就好像最近有打工仔指新同事「唔識規矩」，還向上司報串，令他被上司「照肺」，嬲爆上網訴苦。
