財政司司長陳茂波在《財政預算案2025》上公布，勞工處今年起將「大灣區青年就業計劃」的參加資格放寬至29歲或以下持副學位或以上學歷的青年，而向企業發放的津貼上限，將上調至每人每月$12,000元，為期最長18個月。
