打工仔搵工，除了著重薪酬待遇，員工福利同樣是考慮因素，但假若你明明可享有公司福利，惟上司及老闆諸多制肘，甚至不讓員工享受應有的福利，你又會點？近日有打工仔在網上大呻公司「苛刻」，不但請年假多規距，更要員工放假期間處理公事，令打工仔不禁大嘆「不如索性唔好畀 (批准放假)，換錢畀我算啦好嗎？」
