【人才管理】疫情下面踐停薪留職、無薪假 僱主需留意MPF安排

【晴報專訊】受新冠肺炎疫情影響，部分僱員或需面對放無薪假、減薪或停薪留職等情況。積金局主席黃友嘉昨表示，明白現時的經營環境惡劣，部分公司或需考慮相關非常措施，但提醒僱主需注意強積金安排，以避免錯誤供款或被誤作拖欠供款。
黃續稱，積金局在過去個多月以來持續與受託人聯繫，要求他們在目前艱難的情況下採取適當的措施，協助僱主以簡便快捷的方法處理供款。另外，自去年4月推出一站式強積金基金平台至今，已有27個強積金基金下調收費，而平台的訪客數目，在過去9個多月已累積超過26萬人次。
