DESCRIPTION

Many people struggle to negotiate well. They don't enjoy it and very often fail to achieve their objectives. It needs not to be this way. Negotiating is about reaching an agreement that is seen as positive by all involved. It should be viewed as an opportunity for creating trust and value.

This seminar reveals proven strategies and techniques for achieving this aim, enabling participants to approach any negotiation with increased confidence and purpose. It recognizes that at any level within an organization, managers and staff should be able to persuade their bosses, colleagues, subordinates, suppliers and customers, and at the same time create a strong personal image enjoying lasting prestige.

Key Objectives:
1. Increase the level of trust.
2. Learn the techniques of negotiation.
3. Persuade and negotiate with others to accept your point of view.
