Ms. Jenny Chiu joined New World Group in 2004, currently the General Manager-Human Resources of New World Development Company Limited. She is responsible for planning and driving full spectrum of strategic Human Resources direction, including talent acquisition and management, reward management, human resources partnering services, etc. Ms. Chiu has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of Group Human Resources Committee in January 2010, mainly responsible for the development and planning of the overall Human Resources strategies of the Group.
Ms. Chiu was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS ACS ICSA). Ms. Chiu possess over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and corporate management. Prior to joining New World Development, she had also taken up managerial role in renowned corporations in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) services and property development industries.
趙慧嫻小姐於2004年加入新世界集團，現為新世界發展有限公司之人力資源總經理，負責策劃及推行策略性人力資源政策，包括人才招聘及管理、薪酬福利、人力資源夥伴服務，以及規劃集團人力資源方案等。趙小姐擁有超過20年之人力資源及企業管理經驗，過往亦曾於資訊科技及通訊科技服務業及地產發展業內的企業擔任管理工作。
