Work Based Learning Approach and Workshop Facilitor
Dr Joe Leung is the Founder of Organisational Learning Consultancy Limited which specialises in growth strategy. His doctoral degree was awarded by the Middlesex University (UK) and the subject of his research was the study of Work Based Learning Approach in the study of the Chinese Culture’s “Learning Organisation”. Dr Leung's work began with examining the company as a “Learning Organisation”, where its survival relied on entrepreneur’s response to the external opportunity/threats by aligning the company’s strategic and organisational fit to those externalities. In the past 10 years, Dr Leung accelerated directors’, executives’ and managers’ attitude change and led them to the path of business growth and success through a series of organisational learning workshops.

The Work Based Learning Approach developed by Middlesex University (UK), has become an important part to enhance the “learning by doing and doing by learning concept”. It is particularly suitable for mature learner to master the knowledge and reflect it in business application. The workshop are designed to foster Work Based Learning Approach - a powerful way to RETUNE your mindset, REFRAME your intent and RESET your behavior at work.
