Objective
Upon completion, participants will have an overview of current situation of employee relations and labour unionism in Hong Kong. Participants will also be provided with skills to enhance communication and minimise conflicts within the organisation. Throughout the Module, participants will investigate human resource practices and company policies in Hong Kong

(This is one of the courses in the Diploma Programme in Human Resource Management. Students are welcome to enroll this course individually as general course. Please note that they are not eligible for the aforesaid diploma award if they complete this course as general course.)
